We collect registration details such as name, email address, phone number, account type, interview answers, scores, feedback, usage records, and files or information users choose to provide for resume features.

How information is used

We use this information to operate accounts, deliver interview practice, evaluate answers, create requested documents, enforce plan limits, provide support, improve service quality, prevent misuse, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

Payments

Razorpay processes payments. We receive and retain transaction references, order IDs, payment status, amount, and timestamps. We do not collect or store complete card, bank account, or UPI credentials on this website.

Sharing and retention

Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the platform, process payments, host data, or comply with law. We retain account and transaction records for operational, support, fraud prevention, and legal purposes and delete information when it is no longer required.

Security and user choices

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. Users may request correction or deletion of eligible personal information by contacting enquiry@acesoftech.com. Some transaction records may be retained where required by law.
