Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy applies to the ₹99 one-month Premium plan sold through the Acesoftech Interview website.

Cancellation

The Premium plan is currently a one-time purchase for one month and does not automatically renew. No cancellation is needed to prevent a future charge. Access remains available until the end of the paid period.

Refund eligibility

Digital Premium access is generally non-refundable after Premium features have been used. We will review refund requests for duplicate charges, an amount charged without successful activation, or a material technical failure that prevents access. Submit the request within 7 calendar days of payment.

How to request a refund

Email enquiry@acesoftech.com with the registered email address, payment date, amount, and Razorpay payment ID. Do not send card numbers, bank passwords, OTPs, or UPI PINs.

Processing time

Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method. Razorpay and the bank may take approximately 5 to 10 business days to reflect the credit after it is initiated.
